Purchase Coordination [STEP:2]

Sale and purchase will be coordinated through the Online Chat or Telephone Conversation . Sale and purchase coordination with the seller will be conducted by Used Japanese Machines Online Portal on behalf of the buyer. Checking inventory, product condition, price, etc. will be conducted by Used Japanese Machines Online Portal.

Confirmation of Machines Purchase and deposit [STEP:3]

Purchase will be confirmed once we have an agreement on the quotation. After the purchase is confirmed, payment will be deposited into Used Japanese Machines Online Portal account temporarily. Used Japanese Machines Online Portal will pay the seller once we have confirmed shipment of the Machines. We will refund the payment in the event the machines could not be shipped.

SHIPPING [STEP:4]

Land transportation, clearance, etc., will be conducted by Used Japanese Machines Online Portal. Please feel free to ask for assistance on ship reservation and insurance coordination. We will inform the buyer of each status, such as, being cleared by customs.

PRODUCT DELIVERY [STEP:5]

The Machines will be delivered to the buyer. Once the Machines is checked, the transaction is complete.
